Bill is a veteran meditation and mindfulness trainer with over 25 years of experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, and studied contemplative sciences at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. Bill is a senior instructor for an international Tibetan Buddhist meditation organization. His knowledge and expertise has helped guide 200+ mindfulness students on the path to spiritual growth and personal fulfillment. Bill helped develop the AMP Training Method, conducting one-on-one sessions with former Navy SEALs, Olympians, and professional athletes. He has also coached group sessions with elite firefighters, law enforcement units, and corporate leaders. Bill’s user-friendly approach to teaching developed from his time as a bodybuilder and personal trainer in Indiana, and his enthusiasm for helping clients define, refine, and realize their individual goals. Recently, Bill has served as core trainer for the Master Instructors in the Veteran’s PATH method. Bill and his wife, Nancy, a Yale-educated psychotherapist, have become interested in developing post psychedelic-assisted therapy integration programs. Bill currently lives on the Big Island of Hawaii where he works remotely as a mindfulness coach with clients around the world.
