1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our online store at www.thewisdomdojo.org (“Site”). The store is operated by The Wisdom dojo Incorporated, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Colorado. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell branded merchandise (“Products”) primarily for fundraising and community engagement. Product images are for illustration only; colors and details may vary slightly due to printing and screen differences.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. Applicable Colorado sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Colorado addresses.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by Printful, a third‑party print‑on‑demand provider.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Products are made to order
Production times may vary
Printful may ship items separately if your order contains multiple products

We are not responsible for delays caused by Printful, shipping carriers, or customs.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

You will receive shipments and shipment updates through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to vendor error

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thewisdomdojo.org with:

your order number
a description of the issue
photos of the product

We will work with Printful to replace the item at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds for:

buyer’s remorse
incorrect size selection
normal wear and tear
customer entered incorrect address

7. Donations vs. Purchases

Purchases from the merch store are not tax‑deductible donations, as you receive goods in return. If you wish to make a tax‑deductible donation, please use our donation page instead.

8. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wisdom dojo Incorporated is not liable for:

indirect or consequential damages
shipping delays
manufacturing variations
loss or damage caused by third‑party providers

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Order information is shared with Printful solely for fulfillment purposes.
